Acceptance of terms

Manivora Editions is a sole proprietorship operating online from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, trading as Manivora Editions. Using the site or placing an order signals agreement with these terms and the policies in the footer. Disagree, and the site is not for you.

User accounts

You may order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your login. Suspect someone else is in your account? Email [email protected]. Fraudulent or abusive accounts will be suspended.

Price and payment terms

All prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any applicable tax. Being below the GST registration threshold, we are not registered and charge no GST, and no GSTIN is issued. Payment is UPI or Cash on Delivery only — no cards.

We may change prices and stock at any time. If a price was wrong, you will hear from us before dispatch and can either accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

The confirmation email acknowledges receipt rather than acceptance. A contract exists only once the goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to decline: no stock, an unserviceable PIN code, a mispriced listing, or unverifiable order details.

Site content

Unless stated otherwise, the writing, design and imagery here belong to Manivora Editions. Third-party product names and marks stay with their owners and appear here only to describe an item. Commercial reuse of site content requires our written permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Manivora Editions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing in this clause removes rights that Indian law does not allow to be excluded, including those under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Applicable law is Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore.
