Cancellations
Free cancellation, right up to dispatch
Until the parcel is handed to the courier you can cancel free of charge. Afterwards it is handled as a return instead.
Free cancellation window
Send your order number to [email protected] during the processing stage, the 1 to 2 business days before the courier collects. Cancelling costs nothing, and any prepaid amount is refunded to the original account within 5 to 7 business days, per Reserve Bank of India settlement norms.
After dispatch
After handover we have no way to recall a parcel. Refuse it at the door, or accept it and open a return instead. A refused Cash on Delivery order carries no cost to you.
Cancellation by the store
We cancel occasionally too: stock found damaged at packing, an error in a listed price, or an order we cannot verify. You will be told the reason and refunded in full, including delivery.
Partial cancellation
If an order has several items and only one is still available, we can cancel the unavailable line and ship the rest. Say which you would prefer when you write in, and we will not decide it for you.
Expect a cancellation refund within 5 to 7 business days. Nothing is deducted.
