Delivery, payment, returns and the things people ask about paper craft and planners before they order.
Are the planners dated?
Both dated and undated planners are stocked and each listing says which it is.
What weight is the cardstock?
Where the supplier gives a paper weight it appears in the specifications. Where it does not, the field is left out.
Are the resin pieces handmade?
They are cast resin decor items. We describe finish and size as supplied and make no claim about hand production.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
Can I return an opened paper pack?
No. Opened paper and adhesive packs cannot be resold. Unopened items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same evening.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable tax, with delivery shown before payment.
Do you charge GST?
No. We are below the GST registration threshold and are not GST registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is shown.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI as a prepaid option and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. Cards are not accepted and no payment details are stored by us.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS at dispatch and works on the Track Your Order page.
