How orders are packed
Paper packs, cardstock and origami sheets ship flat with a board stiffener in a rigid mailer, so the corners arrive square. Planners travel with their covers protected by a board face. Cast resin figures and sculptures are wrapped individually and boxed with fill on every side, packed apart from paper so a heavy casting cannot press into a sheet pack.
Our courier collects once a day, so an order confirmed before 3:00 PM IST goes out that evening and a later one is packed the following morning. Dispatch runs Monday to Saturday, with no movement on Sundays or public holidays.
Serviceable areas
We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Where a courier cannot reach a PIN code, checkout says so up front instead of leaving you to find out later.
There is no retail counter here. We sell and dispatch online only.
Charges
Free delivery starts at ₹999. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹49, the same for every PIN code and every parcel size. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay, and there is no separate handling, fuel or packing fee.
Estimated delivery
Counting from dispatch, most orders take three to five business days to a metro and five to nine elsewhere in India. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.
These are not guaranteed dates. Courier networks slow down for weather, strikes and holidays, and no retailer can promise otherwise.
Order tracking
You get a tracking link by email and SMS once the parcel is picked up. Use the same reference on our Track Your Order page. Three working days without an update is worth an email to [email protected] so we can follow it up.
Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge. A few remote PIN codes are prepaid-only; checkout will say so before payment.
